“Tairāwhiti” is the Maori name for the East Coast region of New Zealand. Tairāwhiti means “the coast upon which the sun shines across the water” is so fitting as Gisborne is also the first city to see the dawn of each new day.

This honey celebrates our Tairāwhiti region. Unique sweet floral flavours from New Zealand’s wildflowers thrive on the unspoilt, green pastures of the East Coast. This golden honey has a taste as natural as the land, with flavours determined by which wildflowers our bees chose.
