Pauariki Honey comes from the eastern-most point of the North Island of New Zealand.

A place where the sun first wakes the world each day, where the surfing is great and the locals are even greater. Where people's smiles reach their eyes. A place where nature is left to its own devices, and where visitors are made to feel at home.

Pauariki Honey is a product of the region.

It is produced by our family of bees, who flit happily from one native plant to the next, gathering the unique flavors of the East Coast. Honey collected by our family, working together, from big to small. Honey left raw and unspoilt, to keep all the goodness in, and the additives out.

Pauariki Honey is the taste of returning to your roots, of ruggered landscapes and genuine people. It is an invitation to leave the city lights behind and embrace a simpler way. It is a gift, from our family, to yours.

UNSPOILT HONEY FROM AN UNSPOILT REGION

In it's most basic form, Pauariki Honey is Manuka honey. But, it is so much more than that, it is raw, untouched honey created by bees who thrive on the native plants and trees that flourish in the easternmost point of New Zealand.

Each batch of honey is collected by area, capturing a taste unique to the East Coast. We leave these collections unmixed and as nature intended, so no two batches are quite the same.

Our honey is a taste of our region - made from local flora, on local land, looked after and collected by local people.

To create phenomenal honey, it helps to start with one of the worlds most untouched, natural landscapes. The easternmost point of New Zealand is not only breathtaking, but filled with lush native plants and trees that bees thrive on.

Every day we set out to honour the land and the bees, with he aim of keeping the bees happy. We encourage the growth of the plants our bees love the most - as the way we see it, we don't make the honey, the bees do.

When the bees have finished, we collect the raw honey. We leave each batch as we found it and just as it should be - unmixed and unspoilt.
